Each day will begin with a strong and igniting vinyasa flow where you will not only get a great workout, but Ross will guide you through sequences that will elevate and transform your asana practice no matter what level you are at. Then, each afternoon Ross will cover various yoga-related topics: anatomy, bio-mechanics, therapeutics, sequencing, in-depth analysis of all the major poses, how to be a good yoga partner, modifications for beginners and physically limited students, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and how to take the lessons of yoga into your daily life.
Each Day will include Anatomy, Bio-mechanics, Sequencing, Philosophy, Pranayama and Meditation.
10:00am – 12:00pm: Morning Vinyasa Practice
2:00pm-5:00pm: Intensive Study
